    As a Physical Therapist in Home Healthcare, you will help patients regain and maintain mobility, strength, and function following an illness or surgery. Your role will include:

    • Establishing patient goals and providing education on balance, mobility, and fall prevention.
    • Conducting home environment assessments to promote safe mobility.
    • Developing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
    • Currently licensed in the state of Florida.
    • One year of experience preferred.
    • Ability to work independently while exercising initiative and sound judgment.
    • Committed to helping patients reach their optimum level of function.
