Job Description: This opportunity is ideal for a self-driven and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy looking to build upon experience or a new Physical Therapy graduate seeking a start to your career on the right path.
Responsibilities:
Assess and Evaluate Patients: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement Treatment Plans: Use evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, to help patients recover and improve mobility.
Monitor Progress: Track patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate and Advocate: Provide patients with information on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
Professional Development: Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuous learning.
Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited DPT Program
NY State Physical Therapy license
Genuine passion for the physical therapy profession
Confident and patient-centered clinical decision-making skills
