We are looking for an experienced and dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team.

    Job Description: As a Physical Therapist at Roadrunner Home Health, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in their homes to help them recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop customized therapy plans that improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations in the home setting.

    Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

    Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.

    Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention techniques.

    Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with company policies.

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians, to provide comprehensive care.

    Adhere to state and federal regulations for home health therapy services.

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Mexico.

    Previous experience in home health care or outpatient settings preferred but not required.

    Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
