We are looking for an Experienced Physical Therapist ready to take their career and opportunity to the next level. As one of Long Islands most highly regarded multi-disciplinary pain management practices we work with 8 Doctors, 13 APPS, 6 chiropractors, and a physical therapist. With that in mind we are looking for a Physical therapist who is a self-starter, friendly, and outgoing individual who will work with our existing team to provide collaborative treatment to our new and existing patients. Our practice is made up of Medicare, WC, NF, and Commercial insurances but the patients we help are typically an older demographic. We want to bring on a Physical therapist who will treat the practice as their own, someone we can invest in, and help get to the next level, both financially and professionally. RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop an exceptional plan of care based on physician orders and evaluation findings

-Bill for treatment while adhering to compliance standards

-Document appropriately and efficiently utilizing our current EHR system

-Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other healthcare professionals

-Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

-Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

-Proof of current licensure in New York State

-Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed physical therapist

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner

-Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task

-Previously credentialed with major insurance plans (recommended but not required)
