About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team at The Manual Touch PT in Wheeling, IL. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and make a positive impact on their lives through personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions

Create personalized treatment plans and provide therapeutic exercises

Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois

2+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for helping patients achieve their physical therapy goals
