Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist at Action Potential Physical Therapy, you will:
Deliver personalized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to optimize patient care.
Foster strong relationships with both staff and the community we serve.
Utilize a state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for efficient documentation, reporting, and data collection.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations.
Qualifications:
Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current state licensure to practice physical therapy.
