• Work with a team of healthcare pros to ensure top-quality care.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records.

What You'll Need:

• Valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Home health or hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical skills and patient assessment abilities.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
