Accelerate Therapy and Performance (ATP) is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our teams at our Concord clinic located at 1036 Branchview Drive NE, Suite 205 and our Salisbury clinic at 1508 W Innes St. We're dedicated to improving lives through expert therapy care, fostering collaboration and growth. We seek an experienced, motivated team player who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care alongside our close-knit team. Pay and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 a year along with collaboration bonuses as well as professional development and mentorship programs. Our benefits package includes:

Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina

Experience in orthopedic and musculoskeletal pathologies

Familiarity with WebPT

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing clinical environments and patient needs.

Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic

So, I quit my corporate job and started my own private PT practice where I treated patients 1-to-1 vs 1-to-many.

I was performing the same therapy techniques...

But patients were getting better... quicker... like 3-5x quicker.
