    Qualifications:

    • Active North Carolina PT License: Required.
    • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Experience: 1+ years of experience in long-term care or rehab preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
    • Skills: Expertise in evaluation and treatment plan development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • COVID-19 Vaccination: Required (including booster).
    • Recent Health Screening: Negative PPD within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.
    • Reliable Transportation: Essential.
    • Clean Background Check: Required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical limitations and functional abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
    • Provide direct patient care utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices.
    • Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
    • Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
    • Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
