Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

Evaluate and diagnose patients for physical therapy services.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to everyone.

Conduct therapy sessions in the comfort of patients' homes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document progress.

Teach therapeutic exercises and hands-on techniques to enhance patient recovery.

Advise patients on in-home treatment options and set realistic recovery expectations.

Job Requirements of the Physical Therapist:

State-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts.

1+ years of clinical experience.

Reliable transportation.

CPR/BLS certification.
