Training & development

We are a small, outpatient, husband and wife clinician owned facility located approx 30 minutes west of Boston and walking distance from a commuter rail stop. Our case load books patients every 45 minutes, allowing for sufficient one on one time between clinician and patient. We are seeking an aide with interests in the rehabilitation process, opportunities for hands on learning, strong interests in exercise science, and/or a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship in a healthcare setting.

Physical therapy aides work under the direction and supervision of a therapist to help patients who are recovering from an injury. Tasks range from direct supervised patient care alongside a physical therapist as well as indirect tasks such as set-up of therapy session equipment and clean-up of tools used in sessions. Our schedule allows for hands on learning throughout the co-op internship allowing for students to get direct hands on experience under our guidance

Our outpatient orthopedic clinic treats patients of all ages ranging from pediatric to geriatric in addition to athlete return to sport initiatives. Our therapists have a strong foundation in strength training, with our female therapist further specializing in womens health and pediatrics.
