    Position Summary:
    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide - NYU Langone Huntington Medical Group.

    In this role, the successful candidate Assists in the delivery of Physical Therapy services as indicated.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations Service Standards and incorporates them into the performance of duties.
    * Performs other duties as assigned.
    * Patient transportation.
    * Clerical and reception activities.
    * Surveillance of environmental conditions.
    * Maintenance of supplies, equipment, and unit.
    * Assistance in Treatment.
    * Application of Transfer activities.
    * Application of cold and/ or heat modalities.
    * Patient Preparation.
    

    Minimum Qualifications:
    To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or the equivalent. Ability to communicate well with staff and patients and follow instructions.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Some college credits preferred.

    Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

    NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $48,276.64 - $48,276.88 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
