As Physical Therapist Assistant of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing quality home healthcare, where patients are able to remain independent at their place of residence in the healthiest and happiest state of being possible.

What you’ll be doing:

Provide physician prescribed physical therapy under a physical therapist.

Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.

Return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patient’s capability.

Participate with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.

What we’re looking for:

A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.

Graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy Assistant from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.

Currently licensed in the state in which practicing

One (1) year experience preferred in a home health setting

Job Type and Pay: PRN to Part-time

$25-35/hr

Up to 20 hours a week

Day Shift

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

CPR Certification (Preferred)

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
