    Crossroads PT & Wellness is a family run, physical therapist owned company that provides care to a wide variety of patients with orthopedic conditions. Currently interviewing for both full time (~36 hours of clinical time) and part time availability (10-25hrs / week).

    We believe in quality of care being of utmost importance, with patient follow up appointments booked every 45 min to allow for sufficient one on one time thus fostering an approp patient / clinician relationship. Additionally clinicians are alloted documentation time to ensure an approp work./life balance as we recognize the importance of employee well being.

    As a family run facility we are specifically looking for someone that fits our team model and mirrors our clinical approach of care in building a community focused on health and wellness. We are located approx 35 min West of Boston, with access via the commuter rail.

    Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

    Implement and carry out physical therapy plan of care in 45 minute scheduled increments

    Complete necessary documentation and chart review as needed with time allotted during the day

    Participate in continuing education requirements of maintaining a professional license in the state of Massachusetts

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Willingness to learn and lead by example

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Maintain a positive attitude with patients and staff

    Use of computer for documentation and communication with patients and staff

    Productivity expectations based on 45-minute booking increments for follow up appointments

    Education and Experience:

    License to Practice in the State of MA as PTA req'd

    Strong foundation in Exercise Science, with personal training experience a plus

    Active physical therapy license in good standing in the Commonwealth of MA

    Clinical Experience as sPTA in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy setting preferred
