    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises designed by Physical Therapists.
    • Operate advanced equipment (MedX or DAVID) to assess and treat patients effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records in the EHR portal and follow up as needed.
    • Support maintenance program patients and collaborate with primary care physicians.
    • Participate in training webinars and continuing education to stay at the forefront of your field.
    • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment while providing outstanding customer service.

    What You'll Bring

    • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California.
    • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy.
    • CPR certification.
    • Experience in athletic training, EMT, physical therapy aide, or personal training (preferred).
    • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

    Compensation

    $30.00 - $36.00/hour (DOE, non-exempt).
