Physical Therapy Assistant - Per Diem / PRN

Hourly Rate: $40 - $42

Type of Work: PRN or Per Diem

Set up: SNF or Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation

Educational Requirement:

1. Bachelor's or master's in Physical therapy Assistant

2. Experience and Licensing Requirements:

3. Minimum 1 year working in SNF setting and experience in Net Health (Preferred)

4. Status as a Physical Therapist License Applicant in the State of California

5. CPR Certification

6. Minimum one year of experience preferred

7. New graduate's are welcome to apply too

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant (“PTA”) provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, the PTA evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
