ABOUT SPINE & SPORT PHYSICAL THERAPY We are a small owner operated outpatient clinic specializing in the Biomechanical Correction Technique (BCT) which was developed by Shirley A. Kleiman in 1990. This technique is exclusive to our practice and is not offered anywhere else. BCT is a compressive skeletal-muscular self-treatment program. It applies the principles of joint biomechanics and passive manual therapy into active therapeutic exercise to improve joint motion and enhance physical performance. Our clinic is not affiliated or overseen by a hospital or other health organization; we are a cash based practice, and all therapists are paid hourly without the use of productivity measures.
