Guide them through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities with confidence and care T rack Progress Report Outcomes • Closely observe patients during sessions, document key milestones or challenges, and share timely updates with the supervising PT to ensure optimal treatment adjustments Deliver Hands-On Treatment • Administer therapeutic interventions—such as guided stretching, manual techniques, and equipment-assisted therapy—under the direction of the PT, ensuring each session is safe and effective Educate Empower Patients • Clearly explain home exercises and treatment goals to patients and families, answering basic questions and encouraging active participation in their rehab process Keep the Clinic Safe Organized • Maintain clean, organized therapy spaces and ensure equipment is functioning properly to create a safe, efficient environment for both patients and staff Collaborate as a Team • Work closely with physical therapists and support staff to deliver a seamless, positive treatment experience. Communication and teamwork are key Be a Patient Advocate • Uplift and motivate patients every step of the way. Celebrate their wins, encourage them through challenges, and help them stay focused on their goals Follow Standards Protocols • Adhere to all clinic procedures, safety guidelines, and documentation protocols to maintain compliance and high-quality care standards Grow Your Skills • Stay engaged in ongoing learning by keeping up with the latest techniques, research, and continuing education opportunities in the PT field Qualifications: • Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired • Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position • We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
