Physical Therapy Clinic Director 

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director at our new Outpatient Physical Therapy office in Woodbury, MN! Compensation Package:

• Up to $100,000 per year (Based on experience)
• Up to $10,000 Performance Bonuses which will be created together and paid quarterly 
• Ownership or Profit Sharing Starting Year 2 
• Health Insurance Stipend - $300 per Month
• 401(k) with 2% match
• Unlimited Internal CEU Courses
• Up to $1,500 for External CEU
• 2 Weeks Paid Time Off
• 6 Paid Federal Holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-time position 40 hours a week 
• 90% clinical and 10% administrative duties (which include clinic oversight, clinic support, etc)
• Work with orthopedic, vestibular, and balance patients
• Woking with Adult to Geriatric patients 
• Utilize Prompt Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• 100% outpatient care
• 100% one-on-one patient care with 40 to 60-minute appointments
• Laptop provided for documentation
• Full support staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in any setting
• Prior Clinic Director experience NOT required
• Active and clear Minnesota PT license required
