As our next physical therapist, we're looking for a medical professional who is enthusiastic about patient care. You will work with individuals who experience mobility problems following surgery or an injury and assist them in creating a treatment strategy. In this position, you will be in charge of putting together individualized health and fitness programs for patients as well as giving them physical therapy to reduce pain and increase mobility. Our ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about the most recent advancements in treatment and will have experience dealing with a wide range of patient issues. Responsibilities: • Design therapeutic strategies that integrate many approaches and techniques to meet individual patient needs • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Collaborate with others in the medical field and seek their opinions • Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures Qualifications: • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • Must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • We require a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Compensation: $85,000
