This position requires you to live within 30 miles of Miami Beach, FL and includes local travel As our next physical therapist, we're looking for a medical professional who is enthusiastic about patient care. You will work with individuals who experience mobility problems following surgery or an injury and assist them in creating a treatment strategy. In this position, you will be in charge of putting together individualized health and fitness programs for patients as well as giving them physical therapy to reduce pain and increase mobility. Our ideal applicant will be knowledgeable about the most recent advancements in treatment and will have experience dealing with a wide range of patient issues. Responsibilities: • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient • Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues • Present these concierge services in such a way that the patients are eager to continue using them. • Stay up to date in the world of Pelvic Health and Obstetric care for the physical therapist. Qualifications: • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting • This position requires passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • Experience in Women's Health (pelvic floor and obstetrics) or willingness to train in this area • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy • Coachable and eager to learn the branded Painless Pregnancy way • Organizational and multitasking ability • Excellent communication skills • Current state licensure in the state you practice • Successful candidates will need strong analytical, communication, and observational skills Weekly Expectations/ Schedule: • Daily Team Huddle • Quarterly Staff Meeting • Annual Company Retreat • Customizable Physical therapy patient care hours Compensation: $90 - $105 per patient visit
