Responsibilities: • Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings • Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols • Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns • Present these concierge services in such a way that the patients are eager to continue using them. • Stay up to date in the world of Pelvic Health and Obstetric care for the physical therapist. Weekly Expectations/ Schedule: • Daily Team Huddle • Quarterly Staff Meeting • Annual Company Retreat Qualifications: • This position requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in • Previous experience working with patients in a healthcare environment is highly desired • Must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Experience in Women's Health (pelvic floor and obstetrics) or willing/open to training in this area • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy • Coachable and willing to learn • Organizational and multitasking ability • Excellent communication skills • Current state licensure in the state you practice Compensation: $90 - $105 per patient visit
