We are hiring part-time PT aides to support a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic focused on getting people back to their lives! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who would like to join an environment that focuses on collaboration, personal growth, and the patient experience. The ideal candidate
High school diploma
Working towards associates/Bachelors degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
Assist the front-desk coordinator in answering the phone, scheduling patients
Greet patients kindly and notify therapist of their arrival
Assist in collection of patient intake information to complete insurance verification
Collect co-payments and patient balances
Keep the clinic clean and organized
Prepare treatment rooms/areas and escort patients
Assist in providing exercise-based treatments, under the direct supervision of the therapist
Display a caring and helpful attitude to visitors, physicians, patients, and staff
Assist with the gym exercise program for adult bridge/wellness programs
Clinic is open Monday through Friday, closed on weekends and for most major holidays.
