    We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a strong interest or background in Vestibular Rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in delivering specialized therapy to patients experiencing dizziness, balance disorders, vertigo, and other vestibular dysfunctions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with vestibular and balance disorders.

    Guide patients through prescribed exercises and interventions designed to improve balance, coordination, and reduce dizziness.

    Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.

    Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety precautions.

    Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

    Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and best outcomes.

    Participate in continuing education and stay current with best practices in vestibular rehab.

    Qualifications:

    Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

    Current PTA license in the state of [Insert State].

    CPR/BLS certification required.

    Previous experience or training in vestibular rehab is highly preferred.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Compassionate, patient-centered, and eager to learn.

    Preferred Skills:

    Knowledge of vestibular assessments and interventions (e.g., Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers, balance retraining).

    Experience with neuro-rehabilitation or outpatient orthopedic settings.
