Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients • Manage pain effectively through appropriate treatment plans and interventions • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers in case management • Document medical histories, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately in medical records Qualifications: • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement • Possession of current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with state licensure for practice is essential • Demonstrated experience in the field of Neurology is a prerequisite for this role • Proficient in diagnostic evaluation and adept in case management practices • Skilled in medical documentation and familiar with electronic health records (EHR) is necessary • Excellent communication abilities are needed for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams • Must have the flexibility to work varying hours to meet the demands of patient care Compensation: $70 - $75 yearly
