Our services include chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, interventional pain treatments, medication management and regenerative therapy.

    Position Summary:

    The practitioner will provide exemplary patient care and medical management for established and new patients. The provider will be adept at conducting patient interviews, performing musculoskeletal examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosis and medical decision-making, medication management of established patients according to strict compliance guidelines of the practice, and referring for therapy and interventional treatments according to the practice’s algorithms. The APP will also provide injections such as trigger point injections, peripheral nerve blocks, and joint injections per the capabilities of the provider (training will be provided, as needed).

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Follow-up appointments and minor procedures are given 20 minutes and new patient appointments are given 40 minutes.

    Complete documentation within the EHR system

    Must be comfortable with facilitating a comprehensive treatment plan for patients

    Managing medications and referring for conservative therapies and interventional treatments.

    Prescriptions of medications, therapy and interventions per practice protocols and policies, as well as state and federal guidelines, for safe, compliant, and effective patient care.

    Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.

    Provide exemplary patient care and must be able to work in a professional manner under the supervision of the physician in a team approach.

    Proactively work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate the company’s values of excellence, poise, leadership, and service.

    Pay: $95,000 to $115,000 annually

    Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

    Preferred experience in pain management, orthopedic spine or neurosurgery, but new graduates may be considered.

    Strong work ethic and communication skills

    Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information

    Organiziational skills and ability to multitask/delegate responsibility

    Ability to work independently with little supervision
