Job Description

Will primarily provide health care services to patients under direction and responsibility of a physician. This includes, patient examination, comprehensive physical examinations, and compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.

Qualifications

• State of Texas License as a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Preferred general or community health medical experience.
• Licensed to practice in jurisdiction as required by the State.
• Preferred general or community health nursing experience.
• Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.
• Must be able to adhere to all client related policies and procedures including confidentiality.
• Must have 2 years experience in Women's Health
