Position Title: Physician Assistant or APRN

Position Type: Full-time Permanent

Shift: M-F Days; 40 hours a week

Compensation Details:

Base Salary $85000 per annum

Essential Responsibilities:

Advise patients regarding treatment plans and prescription medication instructions

Obtain and record a detailed medical history of each patient

Analyze reports, test results, and/or personal examinations to diagnose and formulate treatment plans

Demonstrate integrity, care, and compassion while working with patients, families, and staff

Provide accurate ICD-10/CPT codes and documentation in a timely manner

Maintain confidentiality of all patients’ records

Assist supervising physicians

Maintain requirements for continuing medical education

Perform other duties that align with exceptional patient care

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid NCCPA certification
