The Role
This Emergency Medicine locum opportunity begins asap, with an open-ended assignment window. Flexible scheduling is available with 12-hour shifts and no call requirement. Physicians will work within a supportive team structure alongside experienced NP/PAs.
• Start Date: April 16, 2025
• Shift Times: 7a–7p, 7p–7a
• NP/PA Shift: 11a–9p
• Annual ED Volume: 13,500
• Staffing Model: 24 MD hours / 10 NPPA hours daily
• Call Requirement: None
• EMR: EPIC
• Board Requirements:
o ABEM physicians: No life certs required
o IM/FM physicians: Must have ACLS and ED experience
• Credentialing: Emergency temps requested – expedited privileges available
• Active Indiana license required to proceed
Documentation & Requirements:
• TB test within past 12 months (x-ray if positive)
• 3 peer references
• Copies of all current licensure, DEA
• Education certificates, procedure/case logs
