Position Overview:

Physicians will provide critical medical support during state-declared emergencies, delivering care in dynamic settings such as Medical Special Needs Shelters (MSNS), Points of Dispensing Sites (PODS), urgent care centers, and Temporary Medical Operation Staging Areas (TMOSA).

Qualifications:

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered license in any U.S. state.
• Experience: 1+ years in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical screenings, acute/chronic care, vaccinations, and behavioral health management.
• Soft Skills: Adaptability, resilience, and strong decision-making under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical assessments for patients of all acuity levels.
• Administer first aid, medications, and vaccinations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in rapidly evolving scenarios.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to emergency protocols.
