    Qualifications

    • Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
    • Licensure: Active Indiana medical license and board certification in relevant specialty.
    • Experience: 1+ years in clinical practice; hospital or public health experience preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, care coordination, and compliance protocols.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, adaptability, and commitment to ethical practice.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments.
    • Document care accurately in medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
    • Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure coverage during absences.
    • Mentor staff, supervise workflows, and educate patients/families on health management.
    • Participate in continuing education and report adverse actions to administration.
    • Uphold medical staff bylaws and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
