Summary of Position:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and strengthen relationships with referring healthcare providers offices.
- Set and attend meetings with Health care offices in your territory, explaining our services, answering questions and concerns.
- Following up from those meetings.
- Visiting possible referring providers in your territory.
- Calling leads from Web Assessments
- Have in-depth knowledge of our procedure and processes so you can effectively interact with healthcare providers.
- Updating CRM as appropriate.
- Assigned Administrative Tasks to support Liaison Team
- Deliver updates to Referring providers about their patients.
- Perform a list of daily administrative tasks to communicate with referring health care providers.
- Attend required meetings.
- Weekly Sales Meeting
- Quarterly Team Building Meeting
- Find 1 Community outreach activity to attend each quarter
- Work closely with referral and admin team to keep our referring providers updated on the progress of their patients.
- Submit activity reports to Sales and Marketing Director
- Other duties as Assigned.
