What You’ll Do:
Be Our Bridge: Serve as the primary liaison between our clinic and referring physicians, nurturing long-term relationships to boost patient care and service referrals.
Engage & Promote: Actively promote our services through engaging presentations, meetings, luncheons, and community events.
Communicate & Collaborate: Coordinate effective communication between healthcare providers, patients, and our clinic using email, phone, and text.
Innovate & Organize: Create custom forms, craft compelling blog posts, and utilize Adobe and AI tools to streamline processes and drive digital engagement.
Celebrate Success: Manage internal staff relationships and recognition initiatives—remember birthdays, celebrate milestones, and ensure our team feels valued.
Data & Trends: Use Microsoft Suite, Google products, and spreadsheets to track referral trends, compile insightful reports, and share feedback on physician satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Has:
A current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to network and build relationships.
Stellar organizational skills, meticulous follow-through, and a tech-savvy approach (experience with forms, blog posts, Adobe, and artificial intelligence is a huge plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace and comfort with spreadsheets and digital communication tools.
Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus but not required.
A background in Worker's Compensation and Industrial Rehabilitation is advantageous.
