that affect the spine. Our comprehensive approach means that patients receive as much conservative care as
possible and only after they have exhausted all conservative care before being considered to be referred
out. Our minimally invasive care is provided in an outpatient boutique-style environment where caring for our
patients is our main priority.
Essential Functions/Job Duties
- As the Physician Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness through direct
marketing to attorneys and other healthcare providers in the greater Fort Lauderdale region.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate
objectives for products, services, and new patient referrals with the Marketing Manager.
- Develop and manage sales/marketing efforts through a CRM tool.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and
direct mail.
- Assist in developing and recommending product and service packaging to produce the highest
possible long-term market share.
- Achieve satisfactory market share to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results through KPI Charts to ensure marketing objectives fall
within designated parameters.
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and
competitive conditions.
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities and adjusts in-house strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image (“the brand”) throughout all product lines,
promotional materials, and events.
- Assists in marketing forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Attend training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Adheres to market distribution of establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for marketing.
- Represent the Company at trade associations and medical meetings to promote services and products.
- Meet with key clients and maintain relationships by attending lunches and dinners with key
prospects and establishing relationships.
- Distribute marketing and sales collateral materials and publications.
- Prepare weekly and/or periodic reports showing critical success factors such as referral volume, new
prospect meetings, new patient referrals, total calls made each week, procedures generated from
referral sources, etc.
- Review and analyze marketing performance against programs, quotas, and plans to determine
effectiveness.

Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected from
time to time, especially to outlying markets where satellite locations exist and to areas being considered for
expansion.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or a minimum of 2 years of
experience in a related field; healthcare experience a plus but not necessary;
- Two (2) years of related experience with demonstrated progressive management growth in duties and
responsibilities.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree a plus in sales, marketing, or business administration with no less
than 2 years of experience in a related field; healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary.
