As the clinical medical director, you will facilitate efficient center operations by balancing patient care and leadership within a clinical environment
Requirements:
Must be a licensed MD or DO in the state which you are applying for
Willing to work M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
3+ years of experience in ANY of these departments:
Family Practice
Occupational Medicine
Internal Medicine
Emergency Department (ED)
Unrestricted DEA license
Eligible to participate in Medicare
Board Certification or Eligibility (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
90% of your time clinically treating patients
10% focused on recruiting & business metrics
Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing
Mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues
Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and - Regulations
