We are currently seeking a full-time Physician to join our team, providing high-quality care to homebound patients and their families NJ.
Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Primary Care
Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certifications
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine in NJ
Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Geriatric Care, Senior Care, or Geriatric/LTC
National Provider Identifier (NPI) Number
Role Overview: As a Physician with our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional medical services to homebound patients, focusing on symptom management and enhancing quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care settings, with experience in geriatrics recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct medical services and consultation to primary care homebound patients
Monitor patient's condition and responsiveness to treatment
Maintain complete patient records using Electronic Medical Record systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies
Collaborate in education programs for staff and participate in community outreach initiatives
Adhere to infection control and safety policies
Schedule and Shift Details:
Full-time position, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
1 weekend per month
Rotation for summer and winter holidays
