We are seeking a Reliable and Detail oriented Distributor Picker & Stamp Machine Operator to join our warehouse team. this role involves accurately selecting and preparing product orders for distribution while operating a tax stamp machine to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and experience with warehouse operations. This positon is for the swing shift, which is scheduled from 1:00pm until close/done.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick pack and prepare product for shipment to customers.

verify order details for accuracy and order completeness.

ability to Operate forklift.

Ensure all orders are labeled and staged correctly for dispatch.

Cigarette Stamp Machine Operator:

Operate and maintain the cigarette stamp machine according to company and regulatory guidelines.

Ensure Proper placement of stamps on cigarette cartons in compliance with state and federal laws.

Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime.

troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report any major repairs needed.

Keep accurate records of stamped Product counts and inventory movement through invoicing.

Qualifications and skills:

Previous experience in warehouse, order picking or stamp machine operation a plus.

ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team or indipendently,basic mechanical troubleshooting skills, Familiarity with state and Federal tax stamp guidelines.

Work environment:

This is a warehouse setting with many temperature changes throughout the year.
