Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pickleball Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pickleball and a strong desire to teach and inspire players of all ages and skill levels. As a Pickleball Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting lessons clinics, and camps, as well as assisting in the organization of pickleball events and tournaments.

Responsibilities Conduct private and group pickleball lessons for players of all ages and skill levels. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students. Organize and lead pickleball clinics, workshops, and camps. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help players improve their skills and techniques. Assist in organizing and promoting pickleball events and tournaments. Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pickleball courts and equipment. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pickleball. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the pickleball community.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GE

Proven experience as a Pickleball Instructor or relevant coaching experience.

In-depth knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels.

CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
