Genesis Health Clubs is currently operating 45 health clubs in the states of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado and Oklahoma. We provide elite facilities with top of the line equipment, certified Pilates Instructors, and a wide-range of fitness classes.

We are seeking a Pilates Coordinator to assist in the growth and success of the Pilates Program.

A Pilates Coordinator must:

be able to instruct Pilates exercises to all levels of fitness on the mat and on the apparatus

be able to communicate effectively with members and staff in multiple modes of communication (phone, email, in-person)

be goal-oriented with and ability to achieve sales in private and semi-private training

have the ability to lead and develop a team of Pilates instructors

have ability to take initiative in the overall operations of the studio

A PMA Certification (or other credible certification) is preferred.

Leadership experience preferred.
