    We’re looking for a Fitness Manager to join our team and lead our studio to success. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll help manage the studio's programming, build a high-performing instructor team, and ensure our members have the best possible fitness experience.     What You’ll Be Doing

    ✨ Class Instruction & Member Engagement

    Teach approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes per week, delivering top-notch instruction.

    Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members.

    Build community by engaging with members at events; as well as before, during, and after class.

    ✨ Instructor Development & Leadership

    Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of instructors to maintain consistency and quality.

    Work closely with the Studio Manager to foster a positive, motivating culture for instructors and clients alike.

    Implement feedback and coaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement in class delivery.

    ✨ Studio Success & Sales Support

    Collaborate with the Studio Manager and Owner to drive studio success through strategic partnerships, sales, and events.

    Assist with membership recruitment and retention strategies, helping to meet studio goals.

    Manage and develop the class schedule to meet client needs and optimize studio performance.

    ✨ Operations & Community Building

    Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring everything is in good working order and addressing any issues.

    Assist with community outreach and building partnerships to raise studio awareness.

    Track and analyze studio performance using KPIs to drive continuous growth and improvement.

    What We’re Looking For

    ✅ Fitness Expertise – Must have at least one of the following credentials:

    Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field

    Certified personal trainer/group fitness instructor

    500-hour Pilates certification

    ✅ Leadership & Management Experience – Minimum of 2 years managing a fitness team or in a similar leadership role.

    ✅ Fitness Industry Background – At least 5 years of experience in the fitness industry.

    ✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Gmail), and open to learning new technologies (CRM experience is a plus).

    ✅ Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and stay on top of studio operations.

    ✅ Positive Leader – Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to build and nurture a team. A community builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.

    Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000+ annually (based on experience and performance)
