Pinelake serves thousands of families weekly through our Pinelake Kids and Little Lakers (our children and preschool) Ministries! We believe the foundation of discipleship in the next generation is ushered in by the extraordinary partnership between the local church and families to foster a Spirit-led transformation in children at the earliest ages! That's why we are looking for a seasoned ministry leader to provide spiritual, visionary, team-based, value-driven leadership for these children and families across our campuses through our One Church Team.

• Maintains the ability to provide clear coaching and collaboration across multiple campuses and ministries.

_ IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU: _

• You have experience leading in a multisite context; 
• Are well connected to a network of NextGen ministries with expertise in best practices; and, 
• Have a proven record of success in coaching staff and building servant-leader teams.

_EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION PREFERRED: _

• A bachelor's degree minimum, advanced degree or seminary experience preferred; and, 
• Ten years of key pastoral leadership in NextGen and Family Ministry areas.

PINELAKE'S STORY: The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi, in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.
