Job Summary: The Personal Shopper will retrieve stock to fill customer orders with special attention to food safety standards and quality and transport orders to the shipping area to ensure timely deliveries.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•Receives orders from the order desk and retrieves goods from warehouse.
•Accurately stocks customer orders
•Responsible for hitting key performance indicators such as units per hour
•Responsible for ensuring orders are of the highest quality, partners with relevant departments to resolve quality issues
•Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods.
•Delivers orders to shipping area for packing and updates computer ordering system.
•Follows safety rules for warehouse when picking an order.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed.
•Strong reading and communication skills.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
•Excellent time management skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Six months of experience in warehouse or retail operations
Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending.
•Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
•Must have good hand/eye coordination.
•Exposure to variable temperatures such as cold present in a refrigerated environment.
•Exposure to loud noises such as horns, alarms, and phones ringing and constant interruptions
