    DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

     

    • Answer all incoming business phone calls, create and send custom quotes
    • Organize and schedule proposal appointments
    • Write and respond to email, correspondence between clients and their customers
    • Organize and schedule work orders with appropriate crews
    • Develop and maintain client’s online database
    • Provide general support and manage expectations of customers
    • Act as the point of contact for internal clients and external customers
    • Seek better ways to support your clients by sharing best practices from team members

     

    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

     

    Desktop or Laptop / PC or Macintosh with webcam (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible)

     

    Operation system – Windows 10 or MAC Os Catalina

     

    All peripherals must be wired (Wireless Keyboard, Mouse, or Headset are NOT allowed)

     

    • Anti-Virus – Windows Defender if PC

     

    For Windows/MAC Systems:

     

    RAM – Required 4 GB for Windows 10

     

    Processor Speed – Dual Core 2 Ghz or better
