Job Description

• Determine and define project scope and objectives

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

• End-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of customer implementations and pilot projects

• Manage the full life cycle of a project from design, build, test, deploy, maintain in an agile environment

• Liaise with different internal departments and customers to ensure alignment and project quality

• Consult customers in regards to architecture to achieve the best solution design for a project

• Actively track and manage user adoption throughout the project lifecycle

• Be able to solve problems creatively.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or qualifications in relevant field is a must

• SaaS project management experience is a must

• Strong communication and problem solving skills are a must

• Previous experience managing software projects is a must

• Experience with projects involving Salesforce is a plus

• Fluency in English is a must

• Good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
