We are a development facility and we have many lessons with players between the ages of 8 to 24 years old. Many of our current instructors have played at a high D1 level or pro ball. We are looking for a part time pitching instructor who understands the importance of customized pitching or throwing program for each player and can introduce new pitching grips, design, artillery to compete and perform short and long term.

We need a pitching coach who has played and been in a competitive environment where mental tenacity and baseball IQ are clutch. We want someone friendly, kind, responsive, organized and possesses great communication skills. We value team oriented skillsets and a mindset as we are always looking to serve others while still preserving self care. We have a process and we work together to create plans for every lesson so our instructors are always prepared for our clients. We are seeking someone who can help with mechanics, craft of throwing, understand arm care and be able to work with players on pitch design and execution with a strong mental mindset.

Asks: Can you work weekdays from 4-8pm at our facility?
