JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day to day support to 35 employees in house via telephone, email and/or face to face contact over three locations and travel between worksites as needed.
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and repair hardware and software.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Set up computers for new employees.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
- Set up, backup and maintain networks and files.
- Establish network users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) ERP system.
- Maintain and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.
- Administration and maintenance of phone systems via AT&T Office@Hand.
- Maintain security cameras and backup cameras as needed.
- Manage company website and update as needed.
- Maintain inventory for all IT assets.
- Support other departments by providing various reports.
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors’ degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Ability to travel between worksites. Mileage will be reimbursed using the IRS standard mileage rate.
- 2+ years of experience with ERP systems.
- 1+ years of experience with AT&T Office@Hand.
SKILLS:
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (excel, word) and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) or similar software.
