    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide day to day support to 35 employees in house via telephone, email and/or face to face contact over three locations and travel between worksites as needed.
    • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and repair hardware and software.
    • Maintain hardware and software inventory.
    • Set up computers for new employees.
    • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
    • Set up, backup and maintain networks and files.
    • Establish network users.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) ERP system.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.
    • Administration and maintenance of phone systems via AT&T Office@Hand.
    • Maintain security cameras and backup cameras as needed.
    • Manage company website and update as needed.
    • Maintain inventory for all IT assets.
    • Support other departments by providing various reports.
    • Perform necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors’ degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
    • Ability to travel between worksites. Mileage will be reimbursed using the IRS standard mileage rate.
    • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems.
    • 1+ years of experience with AT&T Office@Hand.

     

    SKILLS:

    • Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (excel, word) and Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) or similar software.
