    Role Description

    Sales Executives at our company focus on acquiring new customers across various sizes and segments, leveraging our comprehensive product portfolio.     Primary Responsibilities

    • Exceed sales quotas and goals.
    • Cold call, develop and build new customer relationships.
    • Ensure penetration of new accounts and retention of existing ones.
    • Use networking channels and social media to leverage new and existing products and gain referrals.
    • Maintain relationships with existing accounts, introducing new products and generating additional sales.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
    • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
    • Keep leadership informed of new competitive information from the market.
    • Maintain accurate customer account information in Salesforce for effective follow-up.
    • Use Salesforce for precise sales forecasting and detailed activity reporting.
    • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Voice Solution Specialists, Sales Overlays, and other support groups to ensure customer satisfaction post-implementation.
    • Report to leadership as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of proven sales success.
    • Strong understanding of strategic selling within the telecommunications segment.
    • Ability to multitask while seeking new business opportunities.
    • Consultative approach to identify client needs and negotiate costs and services.
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Strong writing skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Expertise in Telecommunications sales, especially in Internet (DIA, Broadband), SD Wan, Voice, and Cloud connectivity.
