Job Summary

As a Pizza & Prep Cook / Cashier, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced, drive-through environment. You will primarily be responsible for preparing grab-and-go pizzas, assisting with crepes, and performing basic food prep. In addition, you will occasionally be asked to take on barista duties, including preparing espresso drinks, lattes, and other coffee beverages. We are looking for a flexible, team-oriented individual who can switch between roles as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Prepare Grab-and-Go Pizzas: Make and assemble fresh, high-quality pizzas using our classic recipes.

Assist with Crepes and Food Prep: Help with the preparation of crepes, maintaining food safety and quality.

Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen clean and organized while adhering to food safety procedures.

Take Orders and Handle Payments: Use the POS system to take orders, handle payments, and provide a seamless customer experience.

Occasionally switch to barista duties: Prepare coffee-based drinks such as espresso, lattes, and other beverages.

Ensure Speed and Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently during peak hours to meet customer demand while maintaining high quality.

Collaborate with Team: Work together with your team to ensure smooth operations during your shift.

Qualifications

Experience with Pizza-Making or Fast-Food Kitchens (Preferred)

Attention to Detail and Food Safety Knowledge

Experience with Cash Handling and POS (Preferred but Not Required)
