Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Represent tenants facing uninhabitable living conditions, including mold, pest infestations, and code violations. • Litigate habitability cases from intake to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and build strong cases to hold negligent landlords accountable. • Work with a team committed to excellence, justice, and client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in California. • Experience in habitability, housing, or tenant advocacy is a plus, but we’re open to mentoring passionate attorneys. • Excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued but not required. Compensation: $120,000 - $185,000
