What You’ll Do:
Help with daily operations, including shift opening and closing procedures.
Facilitate staff compliance with all company policies, processes, and procedures.
Work with the senior management team to increase sales and traffic volumes.
Empower the team by providing a clear direction and providing ongoing coaching and support.
Maintain the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion for all customers.
Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
Comply with company cash handling policies.
Assist with the management and performance review of sales floor staff.
Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.
Maintain and create schedules for Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives.
Track and maintain all employee training documents.
Manage employee job-specific training (Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative)
Manage and update training documents and SOPs accordingly with business changes.
Assist and manage accounting investigations & and audits pertaining to sales.
Ensuring hourly sales numbers and customer counts are sent hourly via Bitrix sales thread.
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Review and delegate job responsibilities, e.g.: operations, facilities, cleaning, etc.
Manage store personnel as assigned by the General Manager.
Participate in monthly management meetings.
Communicate any work issues related to the store to the General Manager, e.g.: customer complaints, employee work issues, safety concerns, product shortages, etc.
Assist HR and GM with employee discipline, coaching, and discussions.
May assist in the hiring process by participating in the interview process.
Handle escalated customer service complaints.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise 15+ employees per shift in the Sales Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities per the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must acquire an Agent Identification Card and be 21 years of age or older. Must complete Sexual Harassment Prevention Training and Cannabis Responsible Vendor Training within the first 90 days of employment.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
